We start with an exploratory telephone conversation. You tell us in general terms which product you want to have produced and which parts you have already sourced yourself and which parts you want us to produce.
We would be happy to visit you on location to get to know you and your team and to discuss your products in more detail. Together we will look at how TH Steelworks could produce your product and what is required for this.
The next step is that we receive the technical drawings from you for the parts that you want us to produce. This way we can set up our production line and quality controls exactly in accordance with specifications.
We start with a pilot production run of one or a few copies. This gives us practical insight into the peculiarities and points of attention when producing your product. We also optimize the production steps for efficiency and quality.
After we have gained a good understanding of the use in hours and materials per product through the pilot phase, we can make a targeted calculation for you and then issue a specific quotation based on the quantities and conditions previously discussed.
After your approval of the quotation, we will include your product in our production lines. You can then provide us with quantities, after which we will produce them and deliver them to you for further processing within your own processes.
